Evaluation criteria

For each application, an ad hoc panel (“Committee”) will be set up to assess all the documents and materials received and possibly invite the candidates deemed eligible for an in-depth interview.

The Panel for the XVII edition of nctm e l’arte: Artists-in-Residence is composed of Gabi Scardi, art director of nctm e l’arte; Sofia Baldi Pighi, art critic and independent curator; the members of ADVANT Nctm Art Committee; at least one of the artists who were awarded the scholarship in XVI edition.

Award of the scholarship

Selection methods may vary depending on the residence procedure selected by each candidate. The amount applied for may be awarded in full or in part. The scholarship will be granted in the year of the residency period.
At the end of the period, the scholarship recipients will have to provide the Panel with a short dossier concerning the period of residence and the activities carried out. The scholarship grant may be suspended for justified reasons.
